rules for camp netimus and dragon oak obod retreat

1) Please treat the land as sacred. Pick up all trash and place it in proper receptacles (i.e.: trash, recyclables, compost, etc.) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown onto the ground. 
2) The use of illegal substances is prohibited and will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in removal from the premises by the appropriate authorities.
3) No firearms, explosives, or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the premises. Failure to comply will result in removal from the premises.
4) Please Drink Responsibly. Underage drinking (21) is not allowed. Alcoholic beverages are limited to beer, wine and mead. Disorderly and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
5) Fires are allowed only in designated campfire areas and fireplaces. All campfires must be attended while burning and extinguished properly after use. No fire jumping, dancing or walking is allowed. In addition, please respect the Central Fire as sacred and do not throw trash or cigarette butts into it. We have a Fire Crew to tend the fires so please respect their requests.

6) No smoking in the buildings on the premises. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please be considerate of others and do not smoke except in those areas. 
7) Propane, kerosene or other combustible heaters are not allowed in the cabins. If you wish to bring a portable electric heating device, there will be an extra $50.00 charge for the weekend per device. Battery operated devices are allowed.
8) This is not a clothing-optional event. Clothing (that is appropriate for families with small children) must be worn on the premises.
9) Parents are responsible for children under the age of 18 at all times. There will be children's activities available; however, there is no true childcare. This is a densely wooded area and it will be easy for young ones to wander and get lost, hurt, etc.
10) Because we do not have a certified life guard, water sports are unavailable.
11) Parking is allowed in designated areas only. There is a gravel parking lot for cars downhill of the main lodge. Cars are to only be used within the site to unload or load at cabins or the main field. In no case are vehicles to go beyond the cabins up the dirt tracks into the woods. The same applies to the camp golf cart, which may not be available.
12) Use of the camp's equipment, such as boats, kayaks, ziplines, horses, etc., is not allowed. If in doubt, please ask. 
13) Please respect others’ privacy when taking video or photographs and solicit permission first. In addition, there will be no video/photographs during ritual or meditation.
14) No pets are allowed. Exceptions are service dogs and camp mascots
